"Joel facilitated a leadership retreat for the Office of Clinical Pharmacology at the FDA.  He harnessed the collective energy of a group of senior regulatory scientists and ensured we left with defined actions. Joel met with the organizing team and key participants prior to the retreat. His clear understanding  of our goals, group dynamics, and potential distractions kept us on track. At key points during the day, Joel provided examples that illustrated potential solutions. He emphasized the importance of cross group communication and relationships. We are currently implementing the plans developed during the retreat, keeping the 250 staff members informed and involved during the process."
