CRUSH! Recruiting Accountability Group (CRAG) Program Overview

Ready for growth? CRUSH! Recruiting Accountability Group (CRAG) is a Movement Mortgage specific program available to Market Leaders and Branch Managers.

This group will meet weekly on Mondays for 30-45 minute Zoom calls with Joel. Participants will get the insights, support, and accountability they need to turbocharge their recruiting and drive growth for their teams.

For the first time, this bigJOEL Coaching program will be available in the Movement Mortgage Marketplace so you can pay pre-tax. To join the group, please fill out the form below and then register for CRAG on the Movement Mortgage Marketplace when it opens next on September 1. ​​

The first group call will be Monday, August 31. Calls will be held each Monday at 1:00 PM ET/10:00 AM PT.

The program cost is $1,000 per month.

You will be billed $4,000 for September - December when you register in the Q4 2026 Movement Mortgage Marketplace. You will pay $1,333.33 each month in October, November, and December. The program will be available on the Marketplace each quarter going forward for $3,000 ($1,000 per month).​
